Zingiber Officianale?







GINGER TIME! One of the renowned flavouring in Southeast Asia is ginger also known as Zingiber Officianale, it has popularly been used starting from the dynasty of China for the use of nausea and helps with the digestion process.

Ginger is a form of herbs that are rich with antioxidant, including gingerols, which may influence your body from strong anti-inflammatory and also helps with muscle discomfort in reaction with daily weight-lifting(in the form of exercising).





This happens in the categories of those who are doing a lots of eccentric movement(negativity) such as running with high intensity or high interval compound exercise. Research had proven that 2g of ginger can helps with body endurance when it is in pain mode.


A small research conducted by Men's Health found that 2g  of ginger consumed daily may overcome the feeling of over-eating. Even though more research are needed to support this fact, ginger extract can be really useful for your body and also with a consistent practice by making ginger tea as a part of your meal might prevent you from taking any junk food as a meal replacement.



A small recipe:
Making a ginger tea is as easy as ABC.
1. Make a small 3 cut on the ginger 
2. Mix it with hot water for 3 minutes.
3. If you like you can mix it with the outer-layer as well.
4. You can also mix lemon and turmeric to make it more 'ummpphhh'
