I Can't Live TEMPEmu?
Today I'm gonna expose to all
of you about one of my favourite food of all time and it is TEMPE!
Tempe is a soybean kind of
food which is renowned in the Southeast Asia and especially famous from the
Jawa ethnic. Tempe is always related with 'Tauhu' but do bear in mind that
TEMPE IS NOT TAUHU ! The fermentation of Tempe enrichen it with a lots of vitamins
and minerals that are required for our body. As an example, the texture of a
tempe is more hard and the taste is stronger than 'TAUHU'.
As a matter of fact Tempe is
also renowned in Malaysia and really popular in Klang valley as many Indonesian
had introduced this food to them. Some variation of tempe have the mixture of
different kind of beans and cereals too.
