I Can't Live TEMPEmu?









Today I'm gonna expose to all of you about one of my favourite food of all time and it is TEMPE!


Tempe is a soybean kind of food which is renowned in the Southeast Asia and especially famous from the Jawa ethnic. Tempe is always related with 'Tauhu' but do bear in mind that TEMPE IS NOT TAUHU ! The fermentation of Tempe enrichen it with a lots of vitamins and minerals that are required for our body. As an example, the texture of a tempe is more hard and the taste is stronger than 'TAUHU'.


As a matter of fact Tempe is also renowned in Malaysia and really popular in Klang valley as many Indonesian had introduced this food to them. Some variation of tempe have the mixture of different kind of beans and cereals too.




5 Benefits of TEMPE
-Rich in calcium-
Tempe contains calcium that is almost the same as milk. This research had been discovered by the Vice Canselor of Dietic and Nutrition of UKM.

-Shine your face-
Tempe can brighten up your face without any dangerous traits and it will make you always look young. This statement had been approved by Biodetic researchers from SIRIM industry.

-Reducing cholestrol-
Tempe can also helps you in reducing cholestrol, it also develops stronger bone for your body, prevents early menopaus and have the same amount of protein as RED MEAT!

-HGH(high blood pressure)-
Tempe is really good for those who have high blood pressure. Tempe contains minerals, zinc to be specific named flafoid which helps and acts as an antioxidant which reduce the high rate of blood pressure.

-Diarrhea-

If you have any problem with Diarrhea, practice to have tempe in your daily meal as the high protein in tempe will swift and help with the process of digestion. Furthermore, it can also prevent anyone from food contamination.




As a conclusion, don't ever judge a book from its cover. What I am implying here is that with the outside look of tempe looks like it doesnt have any benefits at all but at the bright side it have a lot of crucial things for our daily nutritional intake.
